Remote Support Session
If you are on the phone with a Techmedics technician, please follow the steps below to begin your secure remote support session.
Your technician will guide you through the process. You remain in control of your computer at all times, and the connection is secure and temporary.
Getting started
  1. Click the arrow in the “Start a New Session” box.
  2. Enter your name when prompted.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions from your technician.
  4. Download and run the support application, accepting any security prompts
  5. Wait while your technician connects and guides you through the session
